Your Mission:

As our Practice Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our hospital. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring our workflow is as smooth as a cat’s purr and our patient care is second to none.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise and support our talented team of veterinarians, techs, and front-desk staff.
• Optimize the Flow: Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial processes with precision.
• Client Connection: Act as the face of the practice, addressing client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Strategic Growth: Implement policies and procedures that elevate our standards and performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• The Rising Leader: You have some management experience (or a strong desire to start) and a background in animal care.
• The Animal Expert: Familiarity with animal handling, veterinary terminology, and clinical protocols (bonus points for equine or critical care knowledge!).
• The Organizer: You’re a pro at juggling multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the details.
• The Communicator: You can engage effectively with both a nervous pet owner and a busy surgical team.
